We are looking for someone with solid experience in backend development who knows how to design and maintain scalable and reliable distributed systems. We are looking for a proactive professional who is able to implement robust, high-performance, long-term technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Backend development experience: 3+ years in server-side application development with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience in developing event-driven systems and using Kafka for managing distributed systems, message queues and asynchronous integrations.
• Relational databases: excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimisation and performance tuning.
• Cross-team collaboration: experience working closely with other developers, product managers, and technical stakeholders to define and implement solutions.
• Backend development best practices: in-depth knowledge of scalable architectures, security, logging, monitoring, and deployment in cloud environments.
• Scalable and maintainable code: ability to design modular systems, refactor legacy components, and adopt new technologies.
• Language: high proficiency in both Italian and English languages
